latin dress. hanging...waiting for me....i don't know if anyone has been searching through target lately looking for some make-up, but they have this new brand e.l.f. most everything on this shelf is just $1.00!! i couldn't believe it. eye liner, eye shadow, lip gloss, make-up brushes, mascara. if you haven't seen it yet, and you're ok with wearing $1.00 eyeliner (it works just as good as my almay!), you should check it out.
